This page explains how Khata Diary - SBM handles information as a personal finance and budget management application.
2. Data we collect
Financial records you create are stored in a local SQLite database on your device. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive basic account information needed for secure authentication. If you choose Google Drive Backup, the app processes the backup data needed to create or restore your backup.
3. How we use data
Information is used only to provide, secure, and improve Khata Diary - SBM, support Google Sign-In, and perform optional Google Drive backup or restore actions that you request. We do not sell personal or financial information.
5. Retention
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Optional backups remain in your Google Drive until you delete them. You can request assistance at khatadiary@gmail.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data. We honor these requests within a reasonable time frame.
