You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse our services — no unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems.
4. Intellectual property
All Khata Diary - SBM trademarks, product designs and source code remain the property of the application owner unless expressly licensed to you.
5. Payments & subscriptions
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your account.
6. Warranty & liability
The application is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khata Diary - SBM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days in advance.
